What counts as a rooftop?

A rooftop is one physical dealership or service-business location with its own operating team, lead sources, routing logic, reporting view, or messaging identity. If locations share a CRM, each still receives its own LeadStream. Enterprise connects them without mixing local ownership.

No. Standard, Pro, and Enterprise include unlimited team users within each licensed rooftop.

Each plan includes 100 SMS messages. Extra usage is not included in the platform price — select a monthly SMS pack for each rooftop so usage stays predictable.

Automated sending pauses unless auto-reload is enabled. The account receives alerts before the balance is exhausted, and another pack can be added immediately.

No. Each pack reloads at the beginning of the billing cycle and unused messages expire at the end of that cycle.

Enterprise customers may pool usage across participating rooftops. Standard and Pro packs are assigned to one rooftop.

Yes. Platform upgrades and SMS-pack changes can take effect at the next billing cycle. Additional SMS packs can be added immediately.

Standard and Pro are available monthly. Annual billing saves 10%. Enterprise agreements are scoped annually.

Most Standard and Pro rooftops can be configured and tested within several business days after access to the lead sources and CRM is available. Complex Enterprise deployments use a phased rollout plan.
